Weddings

This will help us suggest the right package for you, provide the best service moving forward, and ultimately bring together the day of your dreams.
Full Wedding Planning
This package will take you from “we will” to “I do” with everything in between handled, while still involving you closely in the process. Leading up to your big day, our team will create and manage budgets and scheduling, recommend and manage vendors, help you develop a design you love, and so much more. On the day of the wedding, we’ll take care of the small details and orchestrate the big picture, so you can just enjoy your day. Throughout the entire process, you’ll have unlimited hours of consultation and we’ll be in constant collaboration with you, your vendors, and anyone else involved, making sure that everything comes together just as you imagined.
Intimate Wedding Planning
A beautiful, memorable wedding is not defined by guest count, and we can help make your gathering of 50 people or less exceed all expectations – even yours.
If you’re reimagining your wedding based on pandemic restrictions, let us help you navigate your vendors and make use of your deposits, redesign the experience to accommodate restrictions in a beautiful and natural way, and create an end result that reflects the vision you started out with. This package includes consultation time during the planning stage, with our team helping you in whatever ways you need most, plus additional on-site coordination on your wedding day.
Wedding Day Coordination
The devil’s in the details, right?! If you feel like you’ve got a firm grasp on the lead-up, but you want to be able to just sit back and enjoy your day without worrying about things like seating charts and schedules, we can step in here to help take your wedding across the finish line.
When the time comes for you to sit back and enjoy your day, you can trust that we’ll take care of finalizing any last-minute details. We’ll also be there to direct, manage, and oversee everything from cueing your rehearsal and ceremony, to creating your itinerary, to managing your various vendors and making sure everything is as you planned it. Consultation
Feeling pretty confident, but looking to bounce ideas off of (or get some insider tips from) an expert?
Our Consultation service is provided as requested and charged at an hourly rate. Your consultations can cover topics like vendor recommendations, budget creation, décor and design help, etiquette guidance, and any other issues that may come up as you’re planning.

CORPORATE & NON-PROFIT
